We are absolutely thrilled with our Carbo 3 hot tub! We honestly love everything about it. It’s comfortable, spacious, looks beautiful and is just perfect for relaxing at home. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
The service we received from the company was excellent from start to finish. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and communication was great. One of the biggest positives for us was the waiting period. Compared to other companies where you can wait a very long time, their turnaround time was so much quicker, which made the whole experience even better.
From the service to the final product, we really cannot fault anything. We would definitely recommend both the Carbo 3 and the company to anyone considering getting a hot tub. Worth every cent!

We got our Carbo hot tub a few months ago for our house to use in the garden. It is absolutely great. We have had no issues and the owner was really helpful in terms of advice around it, placement and transport.

Whole family loves this tub. Use it every weekend and drain the water into the pool. Was epic over the Gauteng winter to have the hot tub. Build quality is excellent and service/comms was great. No surprises and a 5 star experience.
